Perform computer and customer service related duties in an office setting. Typical duties may include but are not limited to: typing, filing, answering telephones, customer service, scheduling appointments, and Microsoft Office experience.
Installs operating systems and software on new and existing computers. Delivers, sets up and configures systems for faculty and staff users. Demonstrates and assists users with technology services offered by UCO. Technology pick-up and drop-off from various locations on campus. Must have valid driver’s license to drive university vehicles. Performs basic troubleshooting on Windows and OSX computers. Assists the Technology Support Group with various projects and tasks.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with basic computing in Windows and OSX environment. Able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs. Able to work under desks or in cramped spaces.
Repetitive movement of hands and fingers – typing and/or writing. Frequent standing, and/or sitting. Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling or crouching. Reach with hands and arms.
Visually identify, observe and assess. Ability to communicate with supervisor/students/colleagues. Regular physical attendance required.
