Perform computer and customer service related duties in an office setting. Typical duties may include but are not limited to: typing, filing, answering telephones, customer service, scheduling appointments, and Microsoft Office experience.
Assist the MBA staff and faculty with entering and maintaining data in the CRM, including prospective student, current student, employer, and alumni information. Assist with meeting and event-planning logistics, including errand deliveries. Assist with answering emails, phone calls, and message distribution, as needed. Conduct supply inventory. Assist with record keeping and special projects, as needed.
Graduate Student Preferred.
Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Must have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Repetitive movement of hands and fingers – typing and/or writing. Frequent standing, and/or sitting. Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling or crouching. Reach with hands and arms.
Visually identify, observe and assess. Ability to communicate with supervisor/students/colleagues. Regular physical attendance required.
